For the people doing twelve things at once

My brain has entered the chat.

I write about ADHD, especially the late-diagnosed women and moms who have been holding everything together with a mix of effort, jokes, and increasingly suspicious piles of laundry.

Recognition first. Advice only where it helps.

These aren’t clinical manuals, and I’m certainly not here to turn anyone into a better little productivity robot.

I write about the messy, funny, frustrating reality of living with ADHD. The brilliant ideas, the overwhelming days, the 47 unfinished projects, and the keys that somehow disappear between picking them up and walking out the door.

Sometimes there’s practical advice. Sometimes there’s a little sarcasm. And sometimes it’s just nice to know someone else gets it.

A Raw, Snarky Companion for Moms with ADHD

You’re doing better than your laundry pile suggests.

Some days, motherhood and ADHD feel like a team sport where nobody remembered to tell you the rules.

Still Great, Just Late is for the moms juggling a thousand thoughts, forgotten appointments, unfinished projects, and the occasional appointment that somehow disappeared from the calendar.

It’s honest, occasionally sarcastic, and full of the kind of understanding that doesn’t come with a lecture about buying another planner.

Because sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you how to fix everything.

You just need someone to remind you you’re doing better than you think.

Because sometimes knowing what you need to do and actually getting your brain to cooperate are two very different things.

Over My Dead Body

In Development

Nobody particularly enjoys thinking about the paperwork, passwords, decisions, and loose ends they’ll leave behind.

Naturally, my ADHD brain thought this sounded like an excellent topic for a book.

Over My Dead Body is a work in progress about getting the important stuff out of our heads, into one place, and making life a little easier for the people we love.

Because leaving behind memories is wonderful.

Leaving behind a scavenger hunt for the life insurance paperwork? Less wonderful.

It will cover information loved ones may need, including important documents, accounts, passwords, insurance, medical wishes, guardianship, end-of-life decisions, and personal letters.

Beyond the books

No beige clinical infographics.

My ADHD content is funny, candid, and messy-real-life. It’s the half-finished thought, the task avoidance, the weird workaround, and the moment you realize you’ve been looking for the phone that is in your hand.

It is not clinical education. It is recognition, conversation, and the occasional useful idea from inside the chaos.

The easiest way to follow along is to keep an eye on this site or tell me you want to hear about the next thing.
